Anthony Josiah Nave, of Winter Springs, was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim between 12 and 16 years old.

A Seminole County Sheriff’s Office report said Nave picked up the girl from her home at 1 a.m. on December 19.

The girl told deputies he forced her to perform a sex act on him in his car, according to Nave's arrest affidavit.

She said lewd acts happened in his vehicle in a McDonald’s parking lot near Lake Mary and at a park in the Trinity Bay subdivision. Nave left her at the park, so she walked to a nearby 7-Eleven and contacted law contacted officers, the report alleged.

In an interview with officers on December 23, Nave confirmed what the girl alleged, the arrest report described. He said he was “unsure of her age,” according to the report.

He videotaped one of the lewd acts, but his iPhone wasn’t working and officers couldn’t view it, the report detailed. Then he was arrested.

Nave was released from the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford on December 24 after posting $15,000 bond.
