ORLANDO, Fla. – Funeral services were held Sunday for Alejandro Vargas Martinez, the Boone High School student who was shot and killed while walking to school.

Family and friends gathered at A Community Funeral Home on West Michigan Street in Orlando to remember the 15-year-old.
Martinez was killed Tuesday morning as he walked to school. A makeshift memorial has been placed on Waldo Street where he was found. His family says he was very caring and wanted to go into modeling.
"Alex was such a great kid," Martinez's aunt Dolka Martinez said. "There are no words to describe how Alex was."
The Orange County Sheriff's Office is still investigating Martinez's death. Although no motive or suspect information has been released, the Sheriff's Office shared surveillance video of a vehicle of interest.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline at 407-423-8477.
