LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Disney World has set an opening date for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, the new “Toy Story”inspired restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The table service restaurant will open inside Toy Story Land on March 23, Disney announced Wednesday.

Located near the entrance to the land, Roundup Rodeo BBQ will have a Western theme and feature characters from the “Toy Story” films. The restaurant will be made to look like a rodeo Andy constructed from his favorite toys.

In its announcement Wednesday, Disney also revealed the menu items for Roundup Rodeo BBQ, which will serve smoked meats, sides and desserts.

The meat choices will include ribs, brisket, spiced pork sausage and chicken. Disney said that plant-based offerings will be available upon request, including smoked cauliflower and Impossible “rib chop.”

Diners will be able to choose four sides for the table. Options include potato salad, baked beans, slaw, grilled corn-on-the-cob, Mac & Cheese, fried pickles and roasted vegetables.

The menu also features a variety of desserts such as lemon and blueberry cheesecake, chocolate silk pie, apple pie and peach-strawberry pie.

Roundup Rodeo BBQ will also serve cocktails and cocktails, including margaritas, rum punch, whiskey lemonade and a concoction called “Frozen Peanut Butter & Jelly.”

Disney said reservations will be required to dine at Roundup Rodeo BBQ. The dates for when guests can start booking reservations have not yet been released.
