BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will celebrate the holidays with a retro 60s bash.

The annual Holidays in Space event will run December 13-31 and feature a theme designed to "transport guests back in time with events, images and music to create the groovy vibe for which the 60s is known."

The rocket archway will be illuminated, leading visits to a futuristic 1960s wonderland full of retro music, décor and 10,000 sparkling lights.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy interactive photo ops, space trivia and a short film experience that will showcase NASA's historic space missions from the 60s.
