Some two dozen people gather to raise awareness in the death of a woman hit and killed by a car back in mid October.

And so far no one has been arrested.

A group of family, friends of 27-year-old Jessica Erausquin, even strangers, held up signs and pictures of the woman who died back on October 16.

They marched in downtown Cocoa Beach Saturday afternoon, reaching out to the public for help.

"It's been really hard not having any answers and not knowing what happened to our friend," says Tanya Durham.

Their friend was hit and killed by a driver who fled the scene.

Her body was found in front of a Rose Drive home.

Those who knew her believe she was in Cocoa Beach visiting friends -- as she had many all across the state of Florida.

Police have little to go on, because they have no description of the car.

And so far, no one has come forward with any information about the crime.

"We are really relying on the community to give us some type of clarity," says Crystal Lopez, Jessica's Friend.

Her friends tell us Jessica was aspiring to be in law enforcement and was headed to the police academy. They say she was full of energy and liked by all.

But that dream was cut short.

The group marched to the edge of the ocean, where they said a prayer and put flowers in the water in the memory of a woman whose death remains a mystery.

"Just thinking of our friend laying on that street lifeless, and no one is saying anything," says Durham.

If you have any information call Crime line at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).

The group has other ways to help as they are trying to raise money for a reward -- a number to call is 321-394-8024, and an email address set up is Jessica2014@gmail.com where you can donate through Pay Pal.
