Desean Jackson has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that reads, "1-of-1.  Fear None."

That fearless attitude and Jackson's world class speed made the Buccaneers aggressive to signhim to a three-year, $33.5 millon deal in the offseason.

And Jackson already sees that attitude rubbing off on the rest of his teammates.

"I like to come in and just be myself- whatever that comes with," Jackson said.  "Sparking the offense, making big plays with speed.  Whatever it is to be that's needed, that's what I'm here for."

"What he brings to the game is just a pleasant mindset to this team," Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston said.  "He's laid back.  He's going to do his job.  And he loves to make big plays."

Jackson and Winston have connected on several big plays during the first two days at Bucs mini-camp.

The former Redskins and Eagles wideout says he's enjoyed spending time in meeting rooms with the younger Bucs receivers and sharing his knowledge with them.

His chemistry with Winston continues to grow, too, adding a new dynamic to the offense.

"One thing I can promise you: we've had no one on our team with that kind of speed," Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter said.  "And those defensive backs are shocked every time at how much Desean can run by them."

"It's a scary sight for defenses," Jackson said.  "But it's still early on.  We want to be humble, but at the same time, know what we're capable of doing."

Jackson, who has topped 1,000 yards the last three years that he's been healthy, is entering his 10th NFL season.

And that veteran presence is making a clear difference.

Jackson and his teammates, who've been practicing in very hot and humid conditions over the past two days, will get in one final mini-camp session Thursday before taking a month-and-a-half long break.

The next time they'll be back will be for training camp.
