The top high school baseball teams in Central Florida, as selected by the Spectrum Sports staff:

1. West Orange (16-3) – Warriors ascend to the top spot after defeating Lake Brantley twice last week and not allowing a run in either game.

2. Lake Brantley (12-4) – Patriots started the season on an 11-game winning streak but have stumbled to four losses in their last five games. 

3. First Academy (15-2) – Royals have the chance to surpass their win total from last season (16) in this week’s district series against Windermere Prep.  

4. Viera (14-3) – Hawks don’t play any games this week but will face some stiff competition in the final two weeks of the regular season.

5. Orange City University (14-5) – Logan Allen allowed his first earned run of the season Wednesday against DeLand, but the Titans won 5-3 to position themselves at the top of 9A, District 2.

6. Olympia (13-5) – Titans will face No. 1 West Orange twice this week, starting with a game Wednesday night on Spectrum Sports.  

7. Eau Gallie (14-3) – Friday’s 4-2 loss to Merritt Island halted the Commodores’ 12-game winning streak.  

8. Hagerty (12-6) – Huskies beat Winter Springs twice last week to give themselves a chance at the top seed in 8A, District 9.

9. Rockledge (12-5) – Raiders are spending their Spring Break in the Florida Keys with games against Coral Shores and Key West this week.

10. Apopka (10-8) – Blue Darters close out their district schedule this week with a home-and-home series against Wekiva.
