The top Central Florida high school baseball teams in Central Florida, as selected by the Bright House Sports Network staff:

1. Rockledge (21-1) – Raiders have won 23 straight against Brevard County opponents going into Wednesday’s game against Viera on BHSN.

2. West Orange (20-2) – Warriors are Central Florida’s second highest scoring team averaging 8.5 runs per game.

3. Orange City University (19-2-1) – Titans close the regular season with games against Pine Ridge (Wednesday) and New Smyrna Beach (Thursday).  

4. Merritt Island (19-4) – The three teams that have defeated the Mustangs this season (Rockledge, South Dade, Barren County KY) are a combined 51-11.   

5. Lake Brantley (18-5) – Patriots can clinch their second consecutive Seminole Athletic Conference title with a win against Oviedo.

6. Spruce Creek (19-4) – Red hot Hawks have won 11 of their last 12 games, including a shut out of Deltona and a victory against Haines City last week.

7. Melbourne Central Catholic (21-1) – Hustlers blasted Melbourne 10-1 to sweep the season series against their Babcock Street rival.

8. Apopka (19-4) – Blue Darters offense is producing 11 runs per game since the calendar turned to April.   

9. Winter Park (18-4) – Senior Freddy Torres, who is hitting .523 for the season, had seven RBI in three games last week for the Wildcats.

10. Hagerty (16-5) – After losing to Oviedo on Tuesday, Huskies bounced back for an 8-7 win over Seminole on Wednesday.
