As more people have to flee their homes due to the rampages of Harvey, Houston officials are asking for more supplies to help those in need.

Central Florida has answered that call for help as donations drop-off sites have been springing up. On Wednesday, Belle Isle City Hall opened its doors to accept donations.

In addition, two local groups from Pine Hills are also collecting donations.

You can drop off donations at a U-Haul that will be parked at Oasis Fellowship Ministries. People can call 407-502-8519 to arrange drop offs at the church.

The church is located on 3404 North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.

Needed supplies include: baby bottles, baby clothes, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food, toiletries and medical supplies.

The Central Florida Jeep Club is also collecting donations. They will be picking up donations in Tavares on North Rockingham Avenue. You can drop off donations by 11 a.m.

In Orange County, donations can be dropped off until Sunday at Belle Isle City Hall. You can drop off donations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The city of Belle Isle is also collecting donations. The city is looking for clothes and people have until Sept. 5 to make their donations.

Several groups collecting donations are leaving on Friday for Texas.

If you live in Central Florida and do not have time to drop off donations, you can call the Red Cross to make a donation.
