A Palm Bay man is accused of shooting a neighbor’s dog with a BB gun.
Paul Schulze, 61, was arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty, according to Palm Bay Police.
Police said Schulze was sitting on his back porch Thursday afternoon when he took aim at his neighbor’s German Shepherd. The dog was on its owner’s property behind a fence.
The dog was hit in the leg, but she is expected to be fine.
