The Florida Department of Health is partnering with Orange County public schools to help avoid long lines for vaccinations.
- Immunization events have been planned
- Parents can obtain DH 680 form for school
- Services provided on first-come, first-served basis
The immunizations events will be held at different locations around the county.
Parents are encouraged to arrive early with proper documentation.
A DH 680 form may be obtained free of charge when vaccination is received.
