Here's a look at the weekend forecast for Central Florida:

Today has turned out just about as warm as it was yesterday as temperatures made it into the middle 80s under a mostly sunny sky.

High pressure is built in for now however, a weak cold front that has passed to our south will be lifting back our way as a warm front Sunday.  This will help scattered showers to form Sunday as clouds build in.

More moisture with a system moving in from the west northwest will continue to provide scattered showers through Monday.  High temperatures will be in the upper 70s to near 80 until another more powerful cold front arrives Wednesday, causing temperatures to drop into the 60s for highs.

Lows will be mild, near 60, but once the midweek cold front pushes through, lows will be dipping into0 the 40s.

Standard time ends tonight so be sure to set your clocks an hour forward before going to sleep since Sunday we will be waking to Daylight Saving Time!

Surf conditions Sunday will become fair with an east southeast swell mixed with a northeast windswell.

Wave heights will be running 3 to 4 feet.

Expected scattered showers in the afternoon and evening.
