A mother bear and two cubs were seen Thursday near Jay Drive, which is off State Road 436.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission sent a bear biologist to check out the bears. They were found in a residential area napping and eating acorns.
FWC says the bears are not a threat to the public and will probably move on their own.
But that is a heavily populated area, so be sure keep an eye out, especially as you're driving.
