A homicide investigation is underway after two people were shot early Sunday in Orlando, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened just after 3:50 a.m. in the 4700 block of South Orange Blossom Trail.

Deputies say two men in their early 30s were shot and taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.

One of the men, identified as 32-year-old Christian Francisco Santiago, died at the hospital, according to deputies. The second victim is in stable condition at ORMC. His identity has not been released.
