University of Central Florida's prosthetic arm student group presented a new 3D-printed arm to a boy -- with a little help from Iron Man.

Robert Downey Jr., who plays Tony Stark in Marvel's "Iron Man" franchise, stars in a new video where he presents an "Iron Man"-inspired prosthetic arm to seven-year-old Alex Pring.

Pring was the first child to receive a new prosthetic arm last year from a group of UCF engineering students.

The students, who formed Limbitless Solutions, created the blueprints for 3D printed arms for children who need prosthetics. The arms are a fraction of the cost of a real prosthetic. Limbitless then shared the plans for the arms with groups around the world so they can help local children.

Microsoft's Collective Project has been prominently featuring the Limbitless team. The campaign shows how people around the world are using technology to bring about change.
