A sex offender in Lake County who won $3 million in a Florida Lottery scratch-off game will get to keep his money.

Back in December Timothy Poole, a registered sexual predator, won $3 million from the Florida Lottery game Super Millions.

However, two men sued Poole, claiming he molested them when he babysat them back in 1997. The male victims, now adults, were 6 and 11 years old at the time.

The suit said the victims suffered physical pain, post traumatic stress disorder, depression and other disorders. The men wanted to keep Poole from spending the money.

A judge denied the request.
