Brevard County Ocean Rescue is searching for lifeguards as the summer season approaches.
Tryouts were held last weekend, but turnout was lower than expected. Fifteen lifeguard positions still need to be filled.
There is a test at 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Rockledge High School pool, located at 220 Raider Road, in Rockledge.
No experience is necessary, but you must be at least 16 years old.
Brevard County Ocean Rescue was named Florida Beach Patrol of the Year in 2013.
