A U.S. Navy sailor returned from his deployment in Afghanistan Saturday in time to surprise his daughter during her dance performance at Disney.
A year ago before his deployment, 9-year-old Adisen Kallas made a wish with her family in front of Cinderella Castle that her dad, Navy SEABEE UT1 Scott Kallas, would return home in time to watch her dance at the 2014 Pop Warner National Cheer and Dance Championships at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.
On Saturday Adisen’s wish came true when her dad surprised her after she dance performance with the Mighty Might Tri Town Raiderettes dance team from Schererville, IN.
