A St. Petersburg man was struck and killed Tuesday night in Osceola County.
It happened just before 9 p.m. at the intersection of US 441 and Washington Avenue.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Chantelle Baez, 22, was traveling North on US 441 approaching Washington Avenue when the man attempted to cross the street and walked into the path of the vehicle.
Troopers have not released the victim’s name. The investigation continues.
