Investigators in Marion County think they solved upwards up 90 burglaries in the Ocala area, and two out of three of the suspects are minors.

Around 8 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a call on the 3400 block of Southwest 165th Avenue Road in Ocala regarding a burglary.

During their investigation, deputies saw 18-year-old Zach St. Pierre riding his bike in the area. After speaking with the teen, investigators were able to match St. Pierre's shoes to prints found at the crime scene.

St. Pierre quickly told investigators he and two juveniles -- a 15-year-old and 16-year-old -- have burglarized between 80 and 90 homes, garages and cars in the area.

Detectives said both juvenile suspects took investigators to their bedrooms where they were stashing the stolen items, including a handgun, cash and sporting equipment. These suspects were also found wearing the same shoes that match two other sets of foot prints at the crime scene.

Investigators are still looking for residents to come forward and report some of the burglaries so they can return the items. At that time, additional charges will be filed against the teens.

"If they are coming to us and saying they've done 80 to 90 (burglaries), we want to get them on what they've done and make sure we get this lost property back to the rightful owners," said Lauren Lettelier from the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

The victims of Saturday morning's burglary said around $1,300 worth of property and cash was taken from their garage and car.

News 13 is not naming the two juvenile suspects, in accordance with our Crime Guidelines.

At last check, all three are facing six burglary charges.
