OVIEDO, FLA -- MLB scouts search high and low for the coveted 'five-tool player.'

Two miles away from UCF's campus on a diamond hidden behind an Oviedo neighborhood sits on of those five-tool players.

“I’ve been playing with him my whole life," said Hagerty infielder Austin Cymerman. "He’s been the best player I’ve ever played with.”

“It’s one thing to see it on TV, and then you see it in person and it’s a completely different thing,” said catcher Carter Spangola.

Cymerman and Spagnola are alluding to his teammate, Perfect Game All-American, all-state selection Riley Greene.

“The talent, the hit tool is unbelievable," said head coach Matt Cleveland. "The work ethic is unbelievable. The makeup is unbelievable.”

He's got all the skills a coach could want. All Greene wants is a chance to finish out his high school career on top with his teammates.

“You’re out on the same field everyday and you’re grinding and grinding," Greene said. "You’re with the team every single day. Winning with them and being able to go to states with them is awesome.”

It's one thing that's alluded the senior. As a freshman and sophomore, Hagerty finished as the state runner-up.

“He really wants to accomplish something for this school," Cleveland said. "He loves this school. Right now all he wants to do is win a championship with his boys. That’s really all he talks about.”

Everyone else talks about his future and his projected decision; college or turn pro?

“They ask me, where are you going to go? When are you going to sign? I’m just like I don’t know. I’m going to Florida right now and that’s what I want to do.”

Riley committed to the Gators as a freshman. As he's gained more and more notoriety, his pro stock has surged. Riley is a projected top-five pick in this summer's MLB Draft where he can expect anywhere from $6-12 million.

“Nothing is on the table right now. Those are just numbers. So you never know until that day.”

Until that day comes, Riley's focused on finishing his high school career in style and leaving a legacy.

"Hopefully people will say I was a good kid, a goodl player and a good teammate"
