WINTER PARK, Fla. — Police have arrested the wife of a UCF executive found dead in his Winter Park home more than a week ago.

Winter Park Police say Danielle Justine Redlick, 45, was arrested on Wednesday on a probation violation charge from an arrest in Seminole County last year and booked into the Orange County Jail.

Redlick is accused of disorderly intoxication and attacking a paramedic after getting into a fight with two other people at an Oviedo gas station in January 2018.

Winter Park Police say that on January 12 — the same day her husband, Michael Redlick, was found dead at the couple's home — Danielle Redlick's blood sample tested positive for alcohol, which was a violation of her probation.

Redlick has not been charged in connection with her husband’s death.

Investigators have released few details in Michael Redlick's death, including the cause, but they say they are not searching for a suspect and describe his death as suspicious.

Michael Redlick had been a director at the UCF DeVos Sport Business Management Program since 2013, according to the school’s website.
