BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is rolling out a new after-hours event next month that will include live entertainment, access to the complex’s attractions and a chance to meet NASA astronauts.

Kennedy Under the Stars is scheduled for Feb. 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The complex will be illuminated with a variety of colors and glow-in-the-dark elements.

Attendees will have access to the main campus attractions such as Space Shuttle Atlantis and Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex. The night’s other activities will include a DJ techno party, Cosmic Glow miniature golf and chalk art by local artists.

NASA astronauts Chris Ferguson and Nicole Stott will be at the event.

Select restaurants and retail stores at the complex will be open during the event. Signature cocktails as well as food and wine will be available for an additional charge. Annual pass holders can receive discounts on food and 30% off retail items.

Tickets for the event are $65 per person ($55 for pass holders). They can be purchased at kennedyspacecenter.com.
