Leslie Gray, 56, was charged with felony civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding and multiple misdemeanor offenses. Traci Isaacs, 52, was charged with destruction of documents, a felony, and related misdemeanors, and Luis Hallon, 67, faces multiple misdemeanor charges.

They were expected to make their first court appearances Wednesday in the Middle District of Florida.

According to court documents, Hallon and Isaacs walked to the Capitol from the Ellipse in Washington, D.C., entered through the Rotunda door and remained in the Capitol from 3:02 p.m. to 3:16 p.m., and Gray walked into the Capitol at about 2:41 p.m. and left about 2:57 p.m. They walked to multiple areas after the building was breached by hundreds of people who sought to disrupt a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to count the electoral votes related to the presidential election, court documents said.

Court documents indicate Isaacs, a former paramedic whose license expired in 1998, submitted an application before Jan. 6 to volunteer with the Oath Keepers, an antigovernment group that recruits current and former military, police and first responders.

Gray took videos inside the Capitol, court documents said. In one of them, she stated, “I am in Congress. This is our house. This is our house! … I don’t know what we are doing now but we are in here. We’ve taken it.”

Gray repeatedly yelled “traitor” at law enforcement officers and got past an officer who told her not to proceed further, court documents indicated.

In the 17 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 840 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol. The investigation is ongoing.
