Goat yoga. Yep, it's a thing, and now you can get your stretches on in a way you've probably never done before.

  1. Sarah and Ray Bell run Bell Family Farm and Apiary in Polk City, not too far from ChampionsGate.

“We are all about finding animals that have been raised by people and that have been loved by people,” Sarah said.

  2. Sarah has been practicing yoga for a long time, and while she's not certified, she has discovered how interaction with animals can create an experience that benefits not just her, but rookies, too.

“The biggest benefit is that it's funny," she said. "It makes you smile, and how many people do you know that smile when you do exercise?”

  3. At the Bells' country farm, which Sarah said she opened thanks to the nudge of her father-in-law, she's creating an “exercise outlet” that most of us have never done: goat yoga. It's just as it sounds — goats sharing your yoga mat or crawling on you as you find your Zen.

“There is a real benefit to being around animals," Sarah said. "That's why there are therapeutic animals.”

  4. The Bell Family Farm is located just outside of Kissimmee at 6170 Stagecoach Road in Polk City.

  5. Every other Saturday — until the end of May — is goat yoga. So you'll need to rise and shine early, as the experience kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
