Recent studies show the gender gap in pay has remained relatively constant over the past 15 years, with women typically earning 84% of what men earn in similar roles.

Although the state of Florida has made progress in this area, it still ranks among the top 15 states where women make less than their male counterparts.

As part of Women's history month, this Justice for All special explores the history of the imbalance, the struggles that still remain and the driving force for change.

Guests:

  • Debbie Deland — President, Florida National Organization for Women

  • Dr. Michelle Dusseau — Associate Lecturer, UCF

  • Coleen Otero — Founder, CEO Chicks
