ORLANDO, Fla. – With Hurricane Dorian moving north of the theme park area, many of Central Florida's attractions and theme parks are resuming normal operations.

DISNEY WORLD

Walt Disney World originally planned to close the parks around Tuesday afternoon, but decided to extend hours at Epcot and Disney Springs as Dorian drifted over The Bahamas. 

Disney World will resume operations on September 4. Here are the hours for Wednesday:

  • Magic Kingdom: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Epcot: 9 a.m.- 9 p.m.
  • Disney's Hollywood Studios: 9 a.m.- 10 p.m.
  • Disney's Animal Kingdom: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m.
  • Disney Springs: 10 a.m.- 12 a.m.
  • Blizzard Beach: Closed
  • Typhoon Lagoon: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO

The theme park resort closed Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Previously, Universal said the theme parks would be until 9 p.m.

Universal has resumed normal operations for Wednesday, September 4. Here are the hours:

  • Universal Studios Florida: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Islands of Adventure: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Volcano Bay: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • CityWalk: Open until 2 a.m. 

SEAWORLD

SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando will reopen at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Park hours:

  • SeaWorld: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Aquatica: 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

LEGOLAND

Legoland Florida plans to reopen on September 4 for normal operations. Park hours:

  • Legoland: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Legoland Water Park: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

ICON PARK 

The Wheel at ICON Park is closed due to Hurricane Dorian. It will not reopen until "it's safe to do so."

Madame Tussauds Orlando has resumed normal operations and will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on September 4.

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER VISITOR COMPLEX

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will remain closed September 4-5. It will reopen September 6. 

BREVARD ZOO

The Brevard Zoo will reopen at 9:30 a.m. on September 5. 

CENTRAL FLORIDA ZOO

The Central Florida Zoo in Sanford will reopen September 5. Zoo officials say they are still working to clean up debris but all the animals are safe.
