KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide at a motel in Kissimmee after a body was discovered in a room Saturday.

According to OCSO, deputies responded to the Star Motel on 4880 Irlo Bronson Highway in Kissimmee around 4 p.m. Saturday. Detectives have not identified the victim, but it is believed they died under suspicious circumstances.

Whatever investigators found in the motel room suggested it was suspicious. Detectives spent most of their time Saturday collecting evidence from a room on top floor of the motel.

The unidentified victim was found around 1:15 p.m. Saturday, but multiple motel guests told News 13 they didn’t hear anything out of the norm yesterday or the night before.

"There was no fighting, that I heard," said Carol Snyder. "We have to many kids around here, I hear the kids play all day long but it's a quiet place that's why we stay."

Detectives believe this was an isolated incident. No arrests have been made.
