  • Webster Westside Flea Market open on Mondays
  • Some vendors have been selling there for decades
  • Market features antiques, collectibles, food, drinks

At Webster Westside Flea Market Swap-O-Rama, you never know who you might bump into to or what treasures you might find.

“Some of these things are very old, and we’re never quite sure who will buy them. But we do love serving them up," says Danette Denton, a vendor at the flea market for 35 years.

She's made her way around the flea market circuit, but Webster’s Westside Market might be her favorite spot to wheel and deal.

“I just love interacting with people," Denton says. "Seeing them look at my things and know it’s going to the right home is a good feeling."

But make sure you have on some walking shoes — this flea market boasts hundreds of vendors on acres of property. Also, it's only open on Mondays, one of the only flea markets in the state open on that day of the week.

"We’re a Monday market, so that makes it very unique," Manager Reggie Misciagna said. "We do feature more antiques and collectibles than most. We just have a lot of space out here and it does feel very old Florida."

And don’t worry about that hot Florida sunshine — the market has lots of food and drink vendors scattered across the property.

“It’s just a great time," Danette said. "Everybody should come out at least once.”

There is no cost to enter the flea market, but be sure to bring some cash — you never know what you might find.

The flea market is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays.
