A man died after his car caught fire on eastbound Interstate 4 Saturday morning.

The crash happened just after 6:30 a.m between exits 90A and 90B, near Maitland Boulevard.

According to investigators, the man's car left the interstate and hit a pole.

The entire front end of the car was sheared off. When firefighters arrived, the car was completely engulfed in flames.

The driver was a man in his 60s, according to investigators.

Authorities closed the off ramp and the right lane was blocked during the investigation.
