Lightning, you could say, struck twice in the same place for an Orlando man.
James Bozeman Jr. won the jackpot for the Florida Lotto, again.
Lottery officials said Bozeman won $3 million from the Aug. 31 drawing with a ticket he bought at an Edgewood 7-Eleven.
Just last year, Bozeman won a $10 million prize from the Florida Lotto with a ticket from the same place.
Bozeman said he started using different numbers after that win and looks forward to winning with a third set of numbers.
He chose to take his winnings in payments of $100,000 over the next 30 years.
