Florida is once again at the center of a critical election recount. 67 counties must recount over 8.2 million ballots – how do they do it?  Why is the process different from one county to the next? We explore the voting process and recount rules. We will also talk about the process from registration to actual voting, different methods of voting, and voting security. We identify issues in current system and suggestions on how voters can best cast their votes going forward.
