"Whenever we give, we are blessed in return," said Dr. Jeffrey Williamson.

"It's heartbreaking," said his wife Melissa Williamson. "We believe in 'no child hungry.’"

Feeding kids is something this couple is happy to see. They take it an extra step during the school year, supporting the “Lunch Angels” program.

"We were amazed how many kids didn't have access to hot lunches," Jeffrey Williamson said.

"I don't want anyone eating peanut butter and jelly unless they have to or want to," Melissa Williamson said

The couple decided to pay for all the kids who couldn't afford lunch.

In the past two years, they've picked up the tab at Challenger 7, Sherwood and Suntree elementary schools and Rockledge High School.

Studies show that children who are hungry at school learn less and are more prone to acting out.

The couple says through their faith, they'll continue their mission — assuring that the lunch line is open to all.

"It's an incredible thing to reach out to those who have needs," Jeffrey Williamson said.
