TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Mardi Gras celebration returns Jan. 14, and the park has shared more details about the event.

Mardi Gras will run select dates through March 5 and feature live entertainment and themed food.

The parade returns with costumed performers, an authentic brass band and beads. The route will begin at Zagora Cafe and Market and end at the Coke Canopy.

The event will also offer New Orleans-inspired food such as gumbo, jambalaya and beignets, as well as cocktails such as Hurricanes and spiced run sangria. Also on the menu this year are several new items, including crawfish étouffée, dirty rice & beans and a King Cake donut.

Busch Gardens will have sampler lanyards available for purchase. They can be used for food and beverages.
