ORLANDO, Fla. — Memorial Day is right around the corner.

Over the holiday weekend, which is seen as the unofficial kickoff to summer, many people will be traveling or looking for something to do.

For those in the Central Florida area, some attractions are offering ways to save. The deals include discounts on tickets for members of the military as well as the general public.

We’ve rounded up some of the deals that are available.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens is running a sale on tickets. For a limited time, visitors can get up to 50% off tickets. The park also has dropped the price of Fun Cards and some annual passes.

ICON Park

Some of the attractions at the International Drive entertainment and dining complex have ticket specials for members of the military:

*Madame Tussauds Orlando — The wax museum offers members of the military 10% off admission all year long. A valid military ID will need to be presented to receive the deal.

*Museum of Illusions — On May 30, active duty military members and veterans can visit the museum at a discounted price of $21.99. The first 100 members of the military to visit the museum on Memorial Day will also get a special gift. A valid military ID will need to be presented to receive the deal.

*Sea Life Orlando Aquarium — The aquarium offerings members of the military 10% off admission all year long. A valid military ID will need to be presented to receive the deal.

*The Wheel — Active and retired military members can get a free ticket to ride The Wheel from May 27 through May 30. They can also get a 50% discount for their accompanying family members. A valid military ID will need to be presented to receive the deal.

Island H2O Water Park

The Kissimmee water park has a sale on its 2022 season passes. The passes, which include unlimited visits and no blockout dates, are available for $59.99 through May 30.

SeaWorld Orlando

The Orlando park is running a limited time sale on tickets. Visitors can get up to 50% off tickets. The park also has dropped the price of Fun Cards and some annual passes.

The Florida Aquarium

The aquarium is offering military service members complimentary admission with the purchase of a general admission ticket. The deal is valid May 27-30.
