ORLANDO, Fla. – Butterbeer is a popular treat for those who visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando, and now, a fan-favorite version of the drink has made its return.

Universal has brought hot butterbeer just in time for the holiday season.

The seasonal drink is available exclusively in the Wizarding Worlds—Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Hot butterbeer can be found at locations like The Leaky Cauldron at Diagon Alley or at Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade.

And if hot butterbeer doesn’t sound appealing, there’s always regular or frozen butterbeer, which served all year round.

The return of hot butterbeer often signals the kickoff of the holiday season at Universal Orlando. Although Universal has not yet announced how it plans to celebrate this season in light of the ongoing pandemic, decorations have already appeared in places like Diagon Alley and Seuss Landing.

Universal modified its Halloween offerings this year. Instead of its full-blown Halloween Horror Nights events, it offered a couple of haunted houses to daytime park visitors, wrapping up the season with a surprise Beetlejuice house over the Halloween weekend.
