ORLANDO, Fla. – Disney World passholders have begun exploring Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The preview period for select annual passholders (Platinum and above) kicked off Saturday, a day after weeks of previews wrapped for Disney cast members.

Passholders are among the first to see what Disney World's version of the 14-acre land has to offer. Disneyland's version opened on May 31.

Once inside, passholders arrive on the planet of Batuu, the location of Black Spire Outpost. It's home to Oga's Cantina; Black Spire Marketplace, an outdoor marketplace selling Star Wars-themed wares; and a replica of the Millennium Falcon, which houses the Smugglers Run attraction.

There's also a stand selling Blue Milk and Green Milk. Passholders who were lined up to get a sip seemed to be choosing more blue than green.

Hungry visitors also flocked to Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, which serves a variety of dishes with Star Wars-esque names like Roasted Endorian Tip-Yip Salad and Smoked Kaadu Ribs. Indoor and limited outdoor seating is available.

Roaming the land were faces familiar to Star Wars fans—Chewbacca, Rey and a few Stormtroopers. Most stopped to take pictures with visiting passholders, or in the case of the Stormtroopers, interrogate.

The most popular spot in Black Spire Outpost was Oga's Cantina, which was reservation-only. Even then, the bar was packed, with even more people in line waiting for their turn to go inside.

DJ Rex provides the music as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served.

The other popular spot was Smugglers Run. During one of the preview slots on Sunday, the posted wait time for Smugglers Run reached 45 minutes. But by the end of the night it was less than a 10-minute wait.

One other ride, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, hasn't opened yet. It'll debut in Florida on December 5 followed by California on January 17.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opens at Hollywood Studios on August 29.
