TAMPA, Fla. – Busch Gardens Tampa Bay's Food & Wine Festival kicks off this weekend with a performance by Daughtry.

The rock band will take the stage on March 16, followed by The Band Perry and Dream Chief on March 17.

In addition to live concerts, the festival features dozens of food items and more than 100 wines, craft brews and cocktails.

Menu items include lollipop lamb chops, duck fat fries, cedar plank wild Alaskan salmon, grilled oysters, bananas foster cheesecake and more.

Busch Gardens' Food & Wine Festival runs weekends from March 16 to April 28 and is included with theme park admission.

Also happening this weekend, Busch Gardens' water park Adventure Island opens on March 15 for the 2019 season.
