ORLANDO, Fla. -- A new Harry Potter projection show will debut at Universal Orlando later this year, the resort announced Thursday.

  • The show will focus on the Dark Arts, with Dementors and Death Eaters
  • An official opening date has not yet been announced

The new show called Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle, will be a departure from previous projection shows. The tone will be darker, focusing on the sinister characters and creatures that make up the Wizarding World.

Dementors, Death Eaters will "cloak the castle with images from the darker side of magic." And beware, images of "He Who Must Not Be Named" will also be conjured.

The new show will feature an exclusive musical arrangement based on the score from composer John Williams. 

Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle will first debut in April at Universal Studios Hollywood before making its way to Orlando.

An official date for the Orlando debut has not yet been released.
