Celeste Springer was born and raised in the beautiful state of Colorado.

After graduating high school, she went to the University of Georgia (Go dawgs!) where she received her bachelor's degree in journalism. While in school, she interned with WRDW News 12 in Augusta, Georgia. After graduation, she joined the station full time.

In July 2022, Celeste joined the Spectrum News 13 team as an MMJ. In her first few months, Celeste covered Hurricane Ian, the deadliest hurricane to hit Florida since the 1930s. The hurricane was a major learning experience—the first she had experienced both personally and professionally.

When she’s not at work, Celeste enjoys mystery novels and movies. She's also a UGA dawgs fanatic and loves to go cruising.
