It was another cool start to the day with temperatures Wednesday morning in the upper 40s to low 50s.

High pressure moving overhead has allowed for another sunny Wednesday afternoon as temperatures warmed into the mid to even some in the upper 80s. It will stay quiet for the rest of the week, although there are some changes coming for the weekend.

Clear skies will continue through the overnight hours. Temperatures will not be as chilly as Wednesday morning, falling only into the upper 50s to low 60s.  

No major changes in the forecast for Thursday. Sunshine will stick around as temperatures climb into the mid to upper 80s. Some spots may even make it to 90 degrees.

A dry front is set to move through on Friday. We’ll see a little more cloud cover and temperatures will drop a bit. Highs will be around 80 degrees. Winds will pick up this weekend ahead of our next system. Saturday will stay mainly dry, then rain chances pick up on Sunday. Temperatures stay in the low 80s.

Favorable boating conditions will continue Thursday with light winds and plenty of sunshine. If wanting to swim, watch for a moderate rip current threat.
