Winston is preparing for his fourth season as the Bucs starting quarterback. He was Tampa Bay's first overall pick of the 2015 NFL draft and signed a four-year, $25.3-million contract that included a fifth-year club option. The fifth-year option is not guaranteed except in the case of injury.

In his four years with the Bucs, Winston's thrown for 11,636 yards with 69 touchdowns and 44 interceptions. He's coming off an injury riddled season where he went 3-10 as a starter.

The Bucs began off-season workouts on Monday and Winston said he's excited about his fourth season in the league, but stressed it's not about him.

"It's about that post season, man," Winston said. "It's about getting some wins together, it's about bringing this community behind us, it's about really changing this culture around here and we're taking strides to do that, but now is the time to get it done."
