Located in Santa Rosa Beach on the Florida Panhandle, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is consistently rated as one of the top parks in the nation. It's not hard to see why when you visit, it truly is a location that needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Topsail is home to one of the most diverse eco-systems in the state featuring wet prairies, sand pine scrub, pine flatwoods, marshes, cypress domes, rare coastal dune lakes and miles of pristine beaches. The entire park is comprised of over 1,600 acres of habitat for everyone to enjoy.

Many diverse eco-systems paired with several miles of trails make Topsail a bird-watcher and hiker paradise. Visitors can walk or bike the shared use trail to reach the beach if they wish.They also offer a timeley tram service to transport vistors to the white sandy beach to swim, fish, sunbathe or beachcomb.

Topsail also has RV accomodations with a total of 156 sites near the front of the park. In addition, they also have furnished bungalow rentals available for weekly stay. The Gregory E. Moore RV resort features a swimming pool and shuffleboard courts.

Fishing is permitted in the lakes on the property but boats are not allowed but kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals are provided on the grounds. Fishing from the shoreline is likely to yield bass, bream, panfish and catfish
