Complaints from some local residents have city commissioners deciding whether to move up stop times for music from 11 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Marilyn Moleski and Nancy Abbott have been friends for years and both have lived just a short distance away from downtown Cocoa Beach.
