CINCINNATI — The Joe Burrow Foundation is launching a new grant application program called "Do Good" grants and will be considering requests up to $50,000 for project proposals supporting the foundation's mission.

The foundation hopes to develop new projects that aim to develop pathways for mental health protection and food insecurity. The goal is for the projects to be sustainable and to have a lasting impact.

Two grant application cycles will be open each year, with one now open until April 30 with the award being given on June 30. The second cycle will open in August and be awarded at the end of November.

Applications will be reviewed under six categories including: connection to the foundation's focus areas, the need for the project, the project's goals, it's design, buget, timeline and the project team. Recipients will be required to submit both mid-year and annual reports explaining the use of the granted funds.
