TAMPA, Fla. —Deconstruction of a S'more into a Christmas tree-shaped quesadilla is the Chef's Kitchen of the moment, and it all happens at ZooTampa's Christmas in the Wild, thanks to Executive Chef Adrian Young.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chip
1 ounce mini marshmallows
1 flour tortilla
Chocolate sauce
Powdered sugar

Method
Heat a non-stick pan until hot. 
Spray with pan spray.
Place flour tortilla onto the pan for 30 seconds.
Then on one half of the flour tortilla add graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. 
When done fold the tortilla into a half-moon shape.
Reduce to medium heat, cook for two to three minutes on each side. 
Cook until golden brown on each side, and until the chocolate chips, and marshmallow are melted.
Once it is done, cut the quesadilla into three wedges and stack them on top of each other onto a plate.
Then drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle some powdered sugar.
Enjoy it while its warm.
