The launch had a 29-minute window at 10:25 a.m. EST, which went off on time from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

There was a backup window planned for Friday morning at the same time in case Thursday’s launch could not go off as scheduled.

The 45th Weather Squadron gave a 70% chance of favorable weather for the launch.

The Falcon 9 sent the Transporter-3 to low Earth orbit.

The Falcon 9 rocket flew along Florida’s eastern coast over the ocean and may have been visible from the ground in some areas, according to SpaceX.

The company says there was a possibility people in nine counties, including Brevard, Orange and Polk, may have heard one or more sonic booms during the landing, but it all depended on the weather and other conditions.

This particular Falcon 9 rocket's first-stage booster has been used before on other missions, including the historic Crew Demo-2 launch, stated SpaceX.

Transporter-3 is SpaceX’s third dedicated rideshare mission. There will be 105 spacecraft on board this launch, including orbital transfer vehicles.

SpaceX stated that it costs $1 million to send 200 kilograms (or 440 pounds) into space during its rideshare mission.
