WINTER PARK, Fla. — The victim of a suspicious death in Winter Park who was discovered Saturday morning has been identified, police announced Monday.

Michael Redlick, 65, was found by Winter Park Police Department officers at a home of Temple Drive around 9:30 a.m. He was an employee at the University of Central Florida, Lt. John Montgomery confirmed.

According to authorities, investigators are still looking into the circumstances surrounding Redlick's death, though they say there are no suspects, nor is there any danger to the surrounding community.

Redlick had been the Director of External Affairs and Partnership Relations for the UCF DeVos Sport Business Management Program since 2013, according to the school’s website.

Richard Lapchick, the chair of the DeVos Program, released the following statement Monday afternoon:

“We were deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of Michael’s passing. Mike and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. He was our colleague and our friend and a mentor to many of our students here in the DeVos Sport Business Management program at UCF. He will be greatly missed.”
