SeaWorld Orlando has extended its Seven Seas Food Festival.

The festival will now go through April 29, giving visitors two extra weekends to enjoy international-inspired cuisine.

Beginning Saturday, Latin-inspired dishes will be part of the festival lineup. The new menu items come from executive chef Hector Colon and include mofongo with carne frita and empanadilla loca.

In addition to the cuisine, the festival will feature performances from Latin artists such as Eddie Palmieri, El Gran Combo and Yandel.

The concerts take place each Saturday and Sunday at the theme park’s Bayside Stadium.

Access to the festival is included with regular SeaWorld admission.
