ORLANDO, Fla. — U.S. marshals have taken into custody a third man wanted in connection to a June homicide at an apartment complex in Cocoa.

Travis Bradley Jr., 22, was booked into a jail facility in Dublin, Virginia, on Wednesday night.

Detectives say Bradley was the person who gunned down Jaleen Malik Howard in a botched robbery attempt June 19 at the Peachtree Apartments on Peachtree Street.

Howard managed to fire back, killing 22-year-old Rahkwon Shiem Oquendo, one of the four men suspected of trying to rob him, investigators say.

Bradley, 19-year-old Simon Jackson and 21-year-old Lilralph Johnson are all in custody and face multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder, attempted robbery with a firearm, and grand theft.
